“Services”: Refers to the features offered by RIUVI, including scheduling, posting, analytics, and management of third-party social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and others).
You must be at least 18 years old to use RIUVI.
By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
By using RIUVI, you agree to:
Connect and manage only accounts you have the legal right to access.
Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and data protection.
Not upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the software powering RIUVI.
RIUVI provides integrations with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, etc.).
Use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform’s terms and conditions.
RIUVI is not responsible for downtime, changes in APIs, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
RIUVI offers both free and paid subscription plans.
Fees are billed as stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
RIUVI retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including trademarks, logos, software, and content.
You may not use RIUVI’s branding without prior written consent.
Your use of RIUVI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:
Violate these Terms.
Misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.
Cause harm to RIUVI, its users, or third parties.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
RIUVI is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We do not guarantee results from social media platforms, as performance may vary based on third-party algorithms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RIUVI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting on riuvi.com. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
